Just as a heads up on prices, I work for an exterminating company in Maryland.
It is $6/linear foot, and a 5 yr lifetime renewable warranty. One time treatment (so you don't have to have monthly's. Just one treatment and that's it!)
Whatever company you have come out, make sure they are using Termidor, and make sure you get a good warranty.
Linear footage = L + L + W + W of the exterior.
Stay away from bait stations!!! They don't offer complete protection, and often times do not work, and you will end up paying more out of pocket for something that does not work.
