Can you help me with my pest control question?

I just moved into a house and the past tennants never took care of their pest problem...spiders..ants..roaches %26amp; water bugs. I got my house sprayed inside and out yesterday and all day today they have been everywhere. I have been sweeping up a lot of dead ones but it seems like they are all over the place now. Is this normal and how long will it be till they just ALL die and go away!!!Can you help me with my pest control question?
my generic ';line'; when I complete a general pest control job is...

';For the rest of the day you may have insects come running out and dieing on the floor. For the next 10 days or so you may have to sweep up dead or dieing insects when you first get up, though this usually just goes on for a couple of days. You probably won't see anything for 2 to 2 1/2 months though anytime something does gets in it won't survive for too long. And after the 2 to 2 1/2 months you may start finding dead roaches(water bugs) on their backs in the kitchen/bathroom and near the from and back doors.';

If the service was actually for German roaches ti will be...

';you will probably have activity for a couple of weeks, most should be dead or dieing. If after two weeks and you are still seeing activity, dead or not, call for a re-service. The product is killing them but they are coming from somewhere that is holding a population.';

If you have paid for a service there should be a guarantee, especially if you are on a maintenance program, there should be no reason to have to buy a chemical and treat yourself.. and don't treat the inside of a home with malathionCan you help me with my pest control question?
I had a friend in the pest control business and the stuff they spray is not instantaneous. It will kill a great deal of them at first, but how it works is that they carry the poison back to their big nesting place and each bug is infected and will die within a week or two. Just use some Bengal spray for sure on the ones that freak you out - cockroaches for me - until the insecticide initially used does its job.
This is a one-time thing if you keep up with your pesticide manitenance on a regular basis. You won't be dealing with this tomorrow.
they might not all die if you will get malithon and a sprayer you can mix the poison and water and spary your house later if they are still there just be sure to plan on getting all living humans animals out of the house for 8 hours or so and be ready to clean the dishes when you get back the malithon has a bad oder that will go away after while i treat my house inside and out with it i alsow spray the attic andd crawlspace when i get done usualy the next day there is no more bug problem i'f you have children i don't recomend doing this though the poison does stay awile atleast clean the floors and things where the kid can get to if you do
pretty normal. all freakin out leavin home running for there lives. about a week. should also do follow up spray if u had alot. most needed for some pests like fleas roaches once aint gonna do it.
In between visits from the pest control service, try a spray like Bengal Ant %26amp; Roach Spray. It is the best bug spray I've ever used. Spray behind the stove and under all the appliances, furniture, etc. Spray the baseboards and around all doors to the outside. Bengal is not cheap, but it is the best for killing roaches and other pests.

If you see ants or ant mounds outside, use a powder like Ortho. You know you bought the right thing if it smells like rotten eggs when you open the container. This stuff smells awful, but it works great! I wouldn't use it indoors, though.
